Before I ever click the shutter, I want to get to know the real you. Every great gallery starts with a great conversation! we will discuss the vibe, the details, and the dream.
2. Plan & Prepare
Now for the fun part! Once we’ve found our vibe, we’ll start laying the groundwork to make your session effortless. I’m here to help with everything from outfit coordination to scouting the perfect light. Sometimes it’s hard to put a feeling into words, and that’s where reference photos come in. I love it when my clients share a Pinterest board with me! It helps us get on the same page visually!
3. Capture & Deliver
The fun shouldn't stop when the session ends! I know the "I can't wait to see them!" feeling, so I make sure the delivery process is just as special.
The Sneak Peek: Keep an eye on your texts! I’ll send over a few "teasers" to hold you over I promise!
The Full Gallery: Your hand-edited, high-resolution images will be delivered via a beautiful, private online gallery.

How do we book a photo session with you?
Feel free to head over to the [Contact Tab] to send me a message. We’ll chat all about the session you’re dreaming of and make sure we’re the perfect match. Once we’ve sparked a plan, you can hop over to the [Services Tab] where you’ll find a "Book Here" button. That will whisk you away to my Square appointments site to snag your spot on the calendar!
What should we wear for our session?
When it comes to your wardrobe, think coordinated, not matching! For a look that’s timeless and easy on the eyes, I always recommend sticking to a palette of soft solids and subtle textures. To keep the focus on your beautiful faces, try to avoid bold logos or super busy patterns. Instead, mix in one or two pieces with a light, dainty print (like tiny florals or soft stripes) to add a little personality without distracting from the moment. When you choose colors that complement each other rather than wearing the exact same outfit, it creates a beautiful, curated vibe that feels effortlessly you!
How long does it take to get our photos?
I know the anticipation of seeing your photos is real (believe me, I’m just as excited to edit them!), so I work hard to get your gallery into your hands as quickly as possible.
My typical turnaround time is two weeks for full one-hour sessions and one week for 30-minute mini-sessions. While I usually love to surprise you with an early delivery, please keep in mind that during the extra busy "golden seasons"—like the beautiful fall rush—things might take the full window of time to ensure every image gets the love and polish it deserves.
Bonus: I always aim to send a few "sneak peek" shots shortly after our session so you have something to swoon over while I finish up your full gallery!
Can I order physical prints with you?
Sydnie Hunter Photography does not offer physical prints at this time. Once your session is ready, you’ll receive a link to a beautiful, private online gallery where you can download all your edited images directly to your computer or phone. This means you’ll have the full rights to share them on social media, send them to family, and—best of all—print them whenever and wherever you’d like!

Digital-Only Services
Sydnie Hunter Photography is a digital-only business. While you will receive high-resolution files perfect for sharing and personal use, please note that physical prints are not offered or included in any session packages.
Deposits & Retainers
All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your date on my calendar and covers the administrative work leading up to your shoot.
Rescheduling: Deposits are non-transferable to new dates or times, with one exception: Inclement Weather.
The Weather Exception: If we have to move your session due to rain or unsafe outdoor conditions, your deposit will be fully transferred to our new agreed-upon date.
